Tracking bike lane activity in real time
We are The Bikers, a team of engineers from MIT working with the City of Cambridge to build a cyclist monitoring system. Our goal is to gather data on bike lane usage over time, helping us better understand when and how often bike lanes are used. This information supports efforts to improve cyclist safety and helps the city make smarter infrastructure decisions.
